Each member of the team works to xué and Aspect's Codes of Practice, respect confidentiality and are members of relevant professional organisations. They also support and are involved with the xué and Aspect processes for quality assurance.

Executive Coaching for Leaders in Children's Services
This programme, as part of Aspect's recently launched Continuing Professional Development Programme, is aimed at improving leadership performance in the arena of Children's Services. It offers opportunities to increase confidence and enhance personal and job satisfaction through a series of one-to-one coaching sessions.
