In a world of increasing uncertainty and rapid change, organisations no longer have the luxury of being able to evolve. The ability to respond quickly, while still remaining true to an organisation's vision and values, is essential.
xué has been working with NASS (National Association of Independent and Non Maintained Special Schools) to support their members develop a strategic and holistic approach to forward planning that supports them to move quickly and seamlessly from the present into the future - Succession Management. The year long programme has been focussed around the concept of Succession Management.
