Judy Ravenscroft

She has extensive experience of managing significant projects in a wide range of environments including the research, voluntary, local authority and government sectors. Before entering local government Judy worked in several areas including education, where she was a university lecturer, and as a consultant in search and selection.

Judy has a keen interest in the use of data and information, particularly for evaluating the effectiveness of services and as a basis for developing improvement strategies. This interest is coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to render complex information and concepts to make them easily understandable to a variety of audiences. She has been particularly successful in helping organisations to develop and implement effective self assessment processes. She has also designed and delivered highly regarded bespoke training and consultancy for schools, elected members, governors and senior management.

She is qualified to BSc., MSc. and DPhil. levels and has higher qualifications in strategic management.

Judy's sound project management skills and experience, along with her appreciation of management across the sectors, makes her invaluable in the delivery of  xué's bespoke and quality assured service.
