Gwen Greaves

Gwen had a successful career in Financial Services encompassing various disciplines including HR and Training, Marketing and Sales Management, both at national and regional levels, and as a Branch Manager for Natwest in the Thames Valley. She then applied her skills and knowledge to establish and run a small business, which provided invaluable practical and commercial experience.

In 1995, Gwen chose to build on her own management and training experience and, utilising her strong interpersonal and leadership skills, moved into training and development consultancy. She works with managers at all levels in organisations and enjoys contributing to their development as managers and leaders.

Gwen brings much positive energy, humour and understanding to her interventions. She is adaptable and sensitive to the needs of others and will challenge thinking and behaviour in a supportive way in order to bring about positive changes. She is fascinated by the dynamics of human behaviour and uses her experience, skills and knowledge to facilitate effective working relationships.

• Management and leadership development: facilitator and coach on numerous development programmes in the NHS, Housing Associations, Financial Services and other large private organisations
• Recruitment and selection: designed and delivered Assessment Centres for organisations in the public and private sectors
• Teams: designed and facilitated numerous team events with particular emphasis on new and restructured teams who are having difficulty adapting to change
• Coaching: experienced coach, whether individually with Directors and Senior Managers or as part of larger management development programmes and Career Development Centres

Gwen is a Master Practitioner of NLP, Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy^TM, Master Hypnotist and a Licensed Practitioner of Insights Discovery. She is a fluent Welsh speaker.
