What will Leadership or Personal Coaching cost?
Coaching is usually charged per session and payment may be required in advance. Sometimes the first session is charged at a reduced rate to enable the client to make a decision about whether the coach and the process are going to meet their needs.
The session cost will vary depending on the experience and training required from the coach as well as where the session is located. The number of sessions contracted may also influence the total price. It is obviously important for a client to establish the costs in advance of accessing the coaching. Usually the coach will issue a coaching contract that sets out their costs and expectations.
