xué understands that each of our clients is unique - a whole person for whom body, mind and spirit work and interact in their own particular ways. That's why we tailor everything we do to meet your individual needs.
Some clients will require a simple, singular approach, while others may wish to make use of a package of services - the choice is yours . . .

Central to our work at xué is an holistic view of each individual client. Our extensive and experienced team provides the skills and expertise that will help you towards your goals.
For example, it may be that your target is a step up from senior management to a key leadership role. While coaching and stress management may be the obvious priorities on your agenda, it could also be that aspects of your physical health are fundamentally hindering your progress. In such a case, our qualified specialists in movement and posture or fitness training may be important members of the team that puts you on your road to success. Or perhaps some incisive nutrition advice may be essential to help a business owner make the most of coaching in leadership or conflict management.
In addition to our own multidisciplinary team, we also work with trusted partner organisations to add even greater breadth to the whole xué experience.

The working process
We work with complete integrity, confidentiality and openness. We value and build on your expertise and match your learning needs to our consultants' skills. You dictate the when, how and where. We can work with clients face-to-face, on the telephone or via other communication technology. We are happy to come to your workplace or to host you where xué is based in the beautiful Peak District. A place suited to quiet reflection and learning.Should you wish to combine your visit to The Lodge with a personal break, we can also put you in touch with other local amenities such as accommodation and activities in the Peaks.
