Robin has been a successful Chief Executive and Chairman in a highly respected consultancy working across the public and private sectors and is a member of the xué coaching and mentoring teams.

He has a background in chemical research and education as well as consultancy and has been a successful leader within the public and private sectors. He has extensive and successful experience in individual, team and organisational development and change management. Over the last 18 years, as a highly sought after consultant, he has focused on enabling organisations and individuals to achieve success through sustainable, beneficial change. This has involved working with senior teams to ensure they have clarity of vision and then working throughout the organisation to ensure alignment and that people have the relevant skills all through a combination of consulting, coaching and training. He has worked nationally and internationally with a mixture of major global corporations and smaller not-for-profit organisations, including education.

 

  • Leadership experience: in the public sector as a head of two state secondary schools, in the private sector as Chief Executive and subsequently Chairman of the Coverdale Organisation (a successful British consultancy) and currently as president of the International Group of Coverdale Companies
  • Facilitation experience: at Board level and with other senior teams
  • Coaching experience: executive and personal development coaching with Chief Executives, Directors and leadership teams
  • Training experience: in a wide range of areas including leadership, project management, teamwork, negotiation and conflict management from board to blue collar workers

Robin has a PhD in organic chemistry and is an accredited consultant, coach and trainer of Coverdale.

When working with xué clients Robin is strongly committed to enabling them to develop and achieve. He believes in the power of teams and so strives to bring about the benefits of co-operation. In both of these areas a clear and challenging vision is essential. He sees his role as facilitator and coach in enabling individuals and teams to achieve clarity about what they wish to achieve and then bringing this future to fruition.
