Our consultants can travel to you, but you’re welcome to make use of our stylish, comfortable, self-contained sanctuary with tranquil gardens in which to take time out from the frenzy of daily life. Whether you stay for a day, or choose from our partner 4* holiday cottage or other local accommodation for a longer break, this place of peace is perfect for reflecting, focusing and moving forward. We also have close links with other local amenities and businesses that will help you recharge your batteries.
Expertise and experience
xué’s founder, Sue Spencer-Harrison, is a highly skilled developer of people within businesses and in the public and not-for-profit sectors. Sue’s high-level experience and extensive expertise in leadership, management, inspection, mediation and consultancy, give her a rare and profound understanding of the needs of both individuals and organisations.
In addition, Sue’s highly skilled and qualified team gives the flexibility to match clients with their ideal consultant to meet individual styles and needs.
Ethos
Our approach is rooted in respecting and responding to the individual. Two people may share a common problem or issue, but they will each need to take their own unique journey to a resolution. Change is no soft, easy ride; but positive challenge allows confident, personal journeys to success.
As you would expect, complete confidentiality is assured in every aspect of our work. As a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) we work to their respective codes where appropriate. We are also a member of the Civil Mediation Council (CMC).
