360 Degree Feedback

xué's ability to listen carefully to its clients, and to design bespoke processes to meet their needs, has been an important part of the CWDC (Children's Workforce Development Council) programme for leaders and managers in the Youth Workforce.

This programme, targeted at strategic managers in every local authority in the country as well as their counterparts in the voluntary sector, is a significant investment in services for young people.

Working closely with key partners, including FPM training and Aspect, xué has been responsible for the development of a 360 degree feedback process. 360 has been shown to be a key tool for maximising performance and for building capacity, both within and across organisations, providing it is carefully tailored to an organisation's culture and context.
